Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed and packaged within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 to continental United States addresses.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• All 50 United States
• Puerto Rico and US territories (additional fees may apply)
• International shipping available upon request

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package with the carrier. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows (from ship date):

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

2. Provide your order number and tracking information
3. Include photos of any damage to the package or contents
4. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace your item

Address Changes

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders
